iGENO works closely with building owners, developers and engineers to bring centralised hot water solutions to your building. These can include.

• Bulk HW: You own, operate & maintain the HW systems. We source the gas supply to the HW system and arrange tenant metering, billing and collections.
• Serviced HW: We own, operate & maintain the HW systems. We source the gas supply to the HW system and arrange tenant metering, billing and collections.*

Subject to inspection and hydraulic designs, cost effective centralised hot water can be available for a wide range of premises, including Multi-tenant housing blocks, offices, shopping precincts and may be retrofitted to existing properties.

Natural Gas, electricity, hot water and solar power can each be measured individually for tenants, and charged accordingly. This way, each individual tenant pays for exactly what they use, rather than using alternate assigned cost payment options.
